NUALS SLR Blog Submissions
Thank you for your interest in submitting to the NUALS Securities Law Review Blog! We are accepting submissions on a rolling basis throughout the year. Send us your manuscripts in relation to contemporary happenings in capital markets and securities law. Submissions with critical analysis of legal issues along with possible solutions to tackle the issue will be given preference.
Submission Guidelines

The manuscript must be the original work of the author(s), focusing on a single significant topic in securities law.

Word limit is strictly 1500-1800 words.

Submit as a Word document (.doc/.docx) in Times New Roman, size 12 font, with 1.5 line spacing.

Title should not be more than 10(ten) words.

Use hyperlinks for citations, or footnote using the 21st Edition of Bluebook format if necessary.

The manuscript filename should match the topic and must not contain author identification.

Co-authorship is allowed with a maximum of two authors.

The review period is 2 weeks( includes only weekdays), after which the board's decision will be communicated.

Selected manuscripts will be published with author acknowledgment.

Plagiarism above 10% threshold, will lead to disqualification.

Submit via google form only.
How to Submit?
In order to facilitate an independent, innovative dialogue on securities law and regulatory practice, we invite students as well as professionals to upload their entries to this google form. An entry not adhering to the submission guidelines shall not be entertained.
